SILICONE MIXTURES
We formulate and produce ready-to-use silicone mixtures based on the needs of our clients, for different technologies: compression and injection moulding, extruded tubes and profiles, wire and cable insulation, coating of rollers and textiles, calendering, etc.
Hardness: Silicone – From 10 Sh A to 90 Sh A
Working Temperature: Silicone – From -60 ºC to 300 ºC.
Colors: Transparent and any color according to RAL tables.
External certifications: European Pharmacopoeia, USP XXV Clase VI, FDA CFR 21-177.2600, RAL, EN549, EN50200, registered in the General Healthcare Register under number 39.04695/SS, etc.
Dosing: the silicone mixtures are supplied in a wide variety of forms: in sheets of different measurements and thicknesses, as a continuous strip in different dimensions, in cylindrical bales, etc.
