At Silam we work in close cooperation with our clients, providing them with access to all our experience and technical resources. We develop customised solutions formulated and designed to fulfil their needs.

Silicone mixtures ready for use in accordance with the technical characteristics required by the application and client, such as: hardness, density, breaking load, elongation, tear strength, fire resistance, oil resistance, etc.

Products manufactured from solid and sponge silicone. Extruded tubes, seals, profiles and moulded technical parts. Our own personnel and resources design, implement and generate different production processes delivering added value (cutting, marking, stamping, gluing, seal joints, frame shaping…).

We hold various product certifications of prestigious standing, such as FDA, Bfr, European Pharmacopoeia, USP XXV, RAL H-18, EN 549, and are registered in the General Healthcare Register under number 39.04695/SS. We hold accreditation from TÜV as well as leading client audits in a range of sectors (household appliances, lighting, automotive and others).

We guarantee compliance with European regulations regarding health and safety, Reach, RoHS. We use advanced technologies to detect potential errors, statistical techniques to measure the control of our processes, and problem-solving methodologies.

We have our own laboratory, equipped with a range of control and measurement devices capable of reproducing tests in accordance with different standards (ISO, EN, ASTM, VDE, NF, BS…)
